Consultations are available Monday through Saturday by appointment only.
We are located in the Lake Business District, just minutes from Old Town Pasadena.
The office is on the second floor of a two-story, Spanish-style building on the southwest corner of Mentor Street and Union Street.
Free parking (2 hours) is available along Union, or you can park in our lot off of Mentor.
CANCELLATION POLICY: 24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIRED
When a client misses an appointment unexpectedly, another client loses out.
As a courtesy to ALL our clients, we require 24-hour advance notice to cancel a scheduled visit. If you contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, we're happy to reschedule you for the earliest available time.
If not, you will be charged for the full visit.
This applies to both our Face to Face (in-person) and Voice to Voice (phone) programs. We make every effort to accommodate our clients' needs and excuse their emergencies; all we ask is your best effort.
